Your browser opens the Wovo account page. Sign in and approve this Mac. Wovo never receives your account password.

Add this MCP address in your AI website

In ChatGPT, Claude, or another supported AI website, add a custom or Remote MCP server and paste the address below. That website then opens Wovo authorization for you to approve.

Wovo does not connect ChatGPT or Claude from the Mac app. You add the MCP address from the AI website itself; that website then opens the Wovo authorization page.

ChatGPT On the ChatGPT website, add a custom MCP connection/server, paste the Wovo address, then approve Wovo when authorization opens.
Claude On the Claude website, add a Remote MCP integration/server, paste the same address, then complete Wovo authorization.
Other MCP hosts Add the same HTTPS address in any host that supports Remote MCP with OAuth. No Wovo Device token belongs in the host configuration.

Authorize an AI host

After you add the MCP address from the AI website, Wovo asks whether that AI may use the selected Mac and permissions. Revoking one AI does not disconnect your Mac.

Wovo does not require an inbound port on your Mac. Mac credentials and AI-host OAuth credentials stay separate. Code requested through MCP may still be sent to the AI provider you choose, under that provider’s terms and privacy settings.

IF SOMETHING ISN’T CONNECTED

Check the step that is actually failing.

Mac says “Not connected”

Open Wovo on the Mac and choose Connect this Mac. Finish the browser approval. The app should then show the MCP address you can use from your AI website.

AI host says it is not authorized

Add or reconnect the Wovo MCP address from that AI website, then finish the Wovo authorization page it opens.

Do I need a tunnel URL or API key?

No. Your AI website only needs the public Wovo MCP address shown above.

Can I close the Mac app?

Yes. After setup, Wovo stays available in the background. Reopen the app whenever you need the MCP address, Works, or diagnostics.
